May 10, 2022 - Have never had a problem with the CVS website and now in the last 2 days something is very wrong. When I put in my email it puts a comma in where a period should be so it therefore does not recognize my email. No email has a comma instead of a period. Something is very wrong with the website and I now cannot order or keep track of my meds online.

For those who are getting "Technical Difficulty" error, Delete the Cookie titled "cvs.com" (chrome right click lock icon, and click cookies while on CVS website)
it will allow you to manually put in email, and password. It won't save and You'll probably have to do it every time, but it works for me

CVS website won't let me delete old FSA card and won't let me schedule home delivery of current prescription. I have been trying 3 days now. About to move meds to Walgreen's. At least their website works. AND their customer service NEVER replies to your online concerns! NEVER, EVER!!!
